I have contacted Sarah or one of the team, but I’ve not had a reply yet – what should I do?

Sarah will endeavour to reply to you within 24 hours, we receive a lot of messages and emails, and can’t always reply as promptly as we’d like. Please scroll down to see if your question is answered below.

I don’t receive newsletters, how can I sign up?

Please send your email address to admin@realfitnesswithsarah.com and Julia will add you to our mailing system. Unfortunately, our mailing system isn’t always compatible with hotmail and outlook addresses, so newsletters may go to your spam/junk/trash folders instead of your inbox.

I can’t come to my regular class due to illness or other commitments; do I need to let you know?

Out of courtesy and so I can gauge roughly how many people to expect in a class, it would be considerate to let me know. I can also offer your space to another member or trial customer that week.​ Please do not attend a class if you are unwell.

Do I need to book my classes on Team Up ahead of time?

Yes please! We do need to know how many are attending each class. If you’d like assistance with this, email Julia at admin@realfitnesswithsarah.com and she will help.

I can’t make my regular class; can I come to another class instead?

I can’t make my regular class; can I come to another class instead?

Absolutely! We’d love to see you every week, so if you can’t attend your regular class then just book on to another, if there’s space – you are very welcome.​

I’m on holiday next week; can I come to extra classes before or after?

Absolutely! Make sure you make-up the number of classes you’ll miss either before you go or once you get back!

I’m having problems with Team Up (booking on or signing up); what should I do?

Please contact Julia on admin@realfitnesswithsarah.com and she will help you book on/sign up.

I need to cancel my membership, what should I do?

Please email/message Julia or Sarah to cancel your membership

What other classes do you run?

Can I bring a friend?

Yes, please do! I just ask that you let me know beforehand so that I can book your friend’s place and can provide the necessary screening forms/information.​

When do you close?

I aim to provide classes 47 weeks of the year We will always communicate this to you via the Newsletter, Facebook and the WhatsApp group. Not all classes will run every week. Do check if you’re not sure.
