Hi, I’m Sarah
I am the founder of Real Fitness With Sarah. I help women and men look, feel and move better through fitness, nutrition and lifestyle changes.
I work with people who want to make themselves feel better and are committed to their health. I offer Face to Face classes in the Community and Online Fitness Classes and healthy lifestyle advise and support online too.
Real Fitness' approach is all about lifestyle changes and not quick fixes, my clients want to make their lives better forever. They want to invest in their wellbeing and are committed to helping themselves.
Real Fitness is different from other fitness classes and gyms. We treat people as individuals, we get to know you, and can prescribe the right exercise and lifestyle support for the individual. Real Fitness is all about personalised support but at group fitness prices - making it totally affordable and reachable for everyone.
Exercise alone will not help you reach your goals, eating better, dealing with stress, sleeping issues, gut health, building confidence and self-love, menopause and other external factors, are very much part of our package.

Our Clients
Our clients are mostly women usually in their midlife (35+) who lead busy lives; they may be working, not working or retired. These women care about their health, they have prioritised themselves and are seeking to get fitter, stronger, eat better, gain confidence and to lead a fulfilled life. We very much welcome men to our classes too, we have seen more men join over the last year. We provide classes in the Bristol area, (including Longwell Green, Hanham, Kingswood, Lyde Green) and also online.
